What is included in my monthly service?
Your package includes complete setup, Google review-link connection, automated review requests, smart reminders, email fallback, new-review alerts, review-response assistance, monthly reporting, LeadConnector mobile app access, and ongoing workflow monitoring.
Do you guarantee five-star reviews or a higher rating?
No. Customers decide whether to leave a review and what rating to give. ReviewPad makes the invitation and follow-up process more consistent; it does not control customer feedback.

What do you need from me to get started?

Will this connect with my existing customer system?
Available connections and the customer handoff process are confirmed during onboarding. If a specific CRM, booking platform, or other integration is essential, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the scope.
How soon will the system be running—and when will reviews arrive?
Setup timing depends on receiving the required access, customer information, and workflow decisions. We confirm the implementation schedule during onboarding.
After launch, review activity depends on customer volume, message delivery, and whether customers choose to respond. There is no guaranteed review-delivery timeline.
Is mobile app access already included?
Yes. LeadConnector mobile app access is included in the core ReviewPad package. You do not need a separate add-on simply to receive that included access. Other services or expanded functionality should be evaluated separately.
Does this include Google Business Profile setup or optimization?
No. Connecting your Google review link is included. Google Business Profile setup and optimization are separate services and are not part of the $297/month core package.
What are the cancellation and billing terms?
ReviewPad is a recurring monthly service. Please review the cancellation, renewal, and any applicable usage terms presented at checkout or in your service agreement. If anything is unclear, contact us before purchasing.
